Kirby, Jose and Vidal quit. I'm in charge of the belt now, and I think I'll document all procedures for the new guys. Everything was explained to me verbally, which is the worst way to do it. When I was in California working for Dawson Electric, we dealt with a company that distributed notepads to all their employees with "avoid verbal orders" pre-printed at the bottom of each note. Since then I have wanted to document everything I do at work.
