Forgiving Jane Fonda

I was a child during the Vietnam war, so the trials associated with it don't hit me as hard, but I think there are a lot of things about it that I am qualified to comment on.

Jane Fonda once visited North Vietnam and was young and foolish enough to make statements about how evil GI's were to fight against Communism. She obviously regretted it and made statements to that effect for years. I think she should simply be forgiven. I really hate Communism and Socialism, so much that I have always voted with the conservative voters, even when I was first old enough to vote in 1980. I have never regretted it. But enough is enough.

Let's just forgive and forget.

April fools day

I'm going to have to come up with an April fools day post. Next year, I mean. There are a bunch of vids on YouTube like this. There were a bunch of posts on Usenet over the years as well.
